Bookings, Payments & Fees

A deposit may be required to reserve services.

Final payment is due according to the invoice terms.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made within a short notice period may be subject to partial or full charges depending on the circumstances and preparation already completed.
Client Responsibilities

Any damage to audio equipment caused by negligence or unsafe environments
Equipment & Liability
All audio and production equipment remains the property of Graham’s Audio. Clients may be held financially responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment resulting from misuse or unsafe conditions.
Graham’s Audio is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by weather, power failure, venue limitations, or third-party actions.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Graham’s Audio and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
